ABOUT THE CLUB
 

Redbridge Ladies FC is a local club with the interests and welfare of the players as our first priority. In April 2007 the club confirmed it�s continual development by achieving FA charter standard.

Teams
In 2010/11 Redbridge will run the following teams:
Under 12s, Under 13s,Under 14s, Under 15s , Under 18s and Ladies teams. The club teams play in the Essex County Girls and Ladies League.

Would moving kids' football to a summer game help improve the development of young footballers?
Yes - better pitches mean a better chance to develop technique/skills
No - wouldn't make any real difference to development
Maybe - but I'd be worried about more injuries on firm pitches
